If you purchase a pre-order item with items in stock, your order will be held until the pre-order stock becomes available - we recommend placing seperate orders.

- Flowy, oversized fit.
- Our lounge pants have a thicker elastic than our lounge shorts. This gives them a firmer fit in the waist but will stretch to the same as the shorts.
- Fabric is not pre-washed. Cotton/Linen fabrics can shrink by 3% if washed incorrectly. Steam the item after washing to relax the fabric back to size.
- Please note: our size recommendations are just that - a recommendation. Please ensure you measure yourself for the best size results
- Please allow 1-2 cm measurement tolerance.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.
Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another garment which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. The item being exchanged to must be equal to the same value or greater.

Please read our returns policy to make sure you qualify for a return before you start.
Returns must be submitted by the original purchaser using the original email used to make the purchase. If you cannot find your order number, email us at info@thelullabyclub.com.au and we can help.
Once you have submitted your order please give us up to 24 hours to accept the return. If we need any further information we will contact you.
Please note: If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your junk mail or contact us at info@thelullabyclub.com.au
You must add your order number and name to your return parcel so it is easily identified. Not adding this number will slow down the returns process. When you return your order it must be folded neatly into the satchel. Any returns found to have dust, dirt and stains, human or animal hair on them will be denied.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
We recommend returning items through traceable mailing method, as any returned items that are not received by The Lullaby Club will not be processed. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
