Shipping & Handling

1. Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or Public holidays.

2. Order Cancellation Requests

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for cancellation requests due to, but not limited to the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Found the item cheaper somewhere else
  • Decided you have no use for it  

3. Delivery Delays

Once your order has left our office, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.

4. Pre-Order Items

Items available for pre-order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the expected delivery date. Orders will not be refunded due to any delays from suppliers outside of our control.

In the case that multiple items have been ordered along with the pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order has been received into the warehouse. We are unable to split orders.

5. Return To Sender

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter their correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point, if applicable. The Lullaby Club are not liable for any information entered incorrectly in the checkout, which is a secure environment.

If the parcel is unable to be delivered due to the customer's error and therefore returned to sender (RTS), The Lullaby Club will contact the customer with options for re-shipment at the buyers expense.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns

We request for all returns to be received by our warehouse within 7 days of your delivery date.

We strongly recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

We aim to process returns within 2 business days of your parcel showing as delivered to our warehouse

2. How Do I Return My Item(s)?

You can submit a return request by logging into your customer account here, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link.

All goods must arrive back to The Lullaby Club in their original condition (unused, unwashed & in cotton bag). Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Please keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

3. Refunds

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for change of mind returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Faulty Items

If you feel your item is faulty, You can submit a return request by logging into your customer account here, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a minor problem is found with the product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
