We want you to love your purchase. Read our policies below, then submit your return when you're ready.
Submit a ReturnAustralian Customers
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of your order being shipped. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Full-price purchases (no discount codes, bundles, or sale items)
- Full refund available within 14 days of shipping.
- After 14 days, only store credit is offered.
Discounted, sale, or bundle purchases (or if a discount code was used)
- Only store credit or exchange (same item, different size) if in stock.
- If the item is out of stock, store credit only.
- Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size — no swapping to a different product.
- If fewer than 3 units remain online, the exchange option will be disabled to prevent overselling.
- Exchanges are dispatched once we've received and processed your return.
- Maximum 2 exchange requests per order.
- If you exchange and then want to return again, only another exchange is available — no refund (as no additional payment was made).
- You cannot hold a return while waiting for a restock. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of shipping.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, folded as delivered.
- Include your name and order number inside the return parcel.
- Proof of purchase required (invoice or order confirmation).
- A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our shipping method.
- Items arriving with makeup, stains, animal hair, or strong odours will be returned to sender — no exceptions.
If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and then submit a faulty return via the Returns Portal. We'll cover return shipping and provide a remedy under ACL consumer guarantees (repair, replacement, or refund).
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are automatically entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. This policy does not override those rights.
- Exchanges depend on current stock. If your size isn't available, your return will be processed as store credit so you don't miss the return window.
- Promotional pricing and discount codes used during Black Friday cannot be re-applied once the sale ends.
- Store credit issued will equal the amount you actually paid and can be used on any future purchase.
International Customers
International Returns Policy
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. All returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer through your local post office or courier.
- Full-price items (no discounts or sale codes): may be eligible for a refund, minus applicable fees.
- Discounted, sale, bundle, or code purchases: store credit only.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags — no animal hair of any kind.
- Include your full name and order number inside the return package.
- Returns must be submitted via our Returns Portal within 30 days of your order being shipped.
- Include customs documentation and a commercial invoice where required to avoid delays at customs.
- We cannot provide return labels or cover return shipping costs for international returns.
For international orders, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Gift cards
- Shipping protection / insurance
- Jewellery (e.g. earrings)
When ordering from overseas, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and shipping clearance fees imposed by your country. These are not included in your checkout price — except for USA customers, where duties are included at checkout.
We encourage international customers to check with their local customs authority before ordering. If you refuse to pay customs fees and your parcel is returned to us, you will receive store credit only, minus the actual return shipping cost.
Contact us via our contact page to report the issue. We will assess the claim and, if accepted, may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on availability and international logistics.
Delivery
Shipping Costs
All Australian orders over $170 qualify for free express shipping. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Australia (Domestic)
- Express shipping: order by 22 December at lunchtime
- Standard shipping: order by 19 December at midday AEST
New Zealand, USA & UK (International)
- Standard shipping: order by 11 December
- Express shipping: order by 15 December
These dates are targets only. Once orders leave our warehouse, delivery is subject to carrier capacity and holiday volume.
Promotions
Gift With Purchase Policy
A GWP is only added to your order if your final paid total at checkout meets the advertised threshold — thresholds do not include shipping costs.
- Even if the gift appears in your cart, it will only be included if your final paid total meets or exceeds the threshold after all discounts.
- The threshold does not include shipping costs.
- GWP items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- GWP stock is limited — we reserve the right to change or remove GWP offers at any time without notice.
- GWP offers are no longer valid after the promotional period and will not be applied retroactively.
- Orders cannot be combined to meet the GWP threshold — each order must independently meet the minimum spend.
- Even if multiple orders from the same customer are placed close together, each is evaluated separately.
If the GWP requires a size selection (e.g. a tee or smock), you must select the correct size in your cart before completing checkout. If no size is selected, the gift will be excluded — we cannot guarantee the correct size if it hasn't been chosen at checkout.

Yes — but only within 30 minutes of placing your order. Click the link in your order confirmation to make changes.
Note: for US customers, changes aren't allowed after ordering due to customs and duties already being paid.
No. We don't combine orders — our system can't handle it properly and it often causes mistakes.
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
- We'll email you when your order is ready — do not arrive beforehand.

- Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (closed weekends, public holidays and Christmas break).
- Allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order.
- This is a warehouse, not a shopfront — no on-site shopping, browsing, or instant returns.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link to follow its journey.
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, we'll either resend your order or issue a credit once an investigation is completed.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These are not included in your order cost (except for USA orders where duties are included at checkout).
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, you'll only receive store credit, less the return shipping cost.
