No, we are currently not offering HQ pickups for orders. This decision is to ensure that our team can focus on efficiently packing and shipping orders, especially during busy periods like sales and launches. Additionally, pickups require manual handling, which can lead to errors, and we want to maintain the highest level of accuracy for your orders.

Yes, that’s correct! Your cart will be cleared once the site closes and you will need to add all items to cart when the site reopens.
Unfortunately, items are available while stocks last, so we recommend shopping as soon as the sale starts to secure your favourites.

Due to high order volumes during sales, shipping may take slightly longer than usual. We aim to process orders out asap however, please allow up to 14 business days, and a little extra time for delivery.

If you'd like to pay full price between the 21st and 24th of November, simply omit the discount code at checkout. However, if you wish to purchase at full price between the 25th of November and the 3rd of December, please wait until the sale period ends, as the discount will be automatically applied at checkout during those dates.

No, if you have a treet code you wish to use, you will need to contact us (info@thelullabyclub.com.au) prior to the sale period so we can transfer your code to a TLC store credit.
