When does the sale start?
Our Black Friday Sale begins Wednesday, 19th November with a huge 40% off for 40 minutes!
Our Facebook community members get 10 minutes of early access before the public sale starts.
What happens after the 40% off window ends?
Once the 50-minute sale window (40% off + early access) ends, discounts will update to:
20-60% off all online stock
Will there be other sales or offers during the week?
Yes! The fun continues all week long with new offers and giveaways (dates will be released as sale progresses)

Discounts, Codes & Pricing
Do I need a code for the discounts?
No code is needed, discounts will automatically apply at checkout during the sale period.
Can I use a discount code on top of the sale price?
Yes, you can! Store credits and gift cards can be used toward sale items.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). If you’re shopping internationally, your currency will convert automatically at checkout or you can change your currency at the bottom left of the website.
Are prices the same for international customers?
Yes, the discounts apply globally, but international taxes or duties may still apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
Is domestic shipping free during the sale?
Yes! We’re still offering free shipping during our Black Friday sale, but with a little tweak.
Because our discounts are pretty huge this time, the minimum spend for free shipping is $400 during the sale period.
This helps us keep prices as low as possible while still getting your TLC pieces safely to your door.
If your order is under $400, standard shipping rates will apply — but don’t worry, we promise it’s worth it!

How long will shipping take?
Due to high order volumes, please allow 4–6 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, standard delivery times apply.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, we can’t combine orders once they’ve been placed, each order will ship separately.
Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
You have a 15-minute window after placing your order to edit your shipping address directly in the checkout confirmation screen.
If that time has passed, please reach out to us right away at HERE. If your order hasn’t been picked or packed yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you. Once an order has been processed, however, we’re unable to make any changes.
Can I pick up my order during Black Friday?
No, sorry! Our pick-up option will be turned off during the Black Friday period.
Why are pick-ups unavailable?
During this busy time, our team is working hard to get all online orders out as quickly as possible. Disabling pick-ups helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures everyone gets their goodies on time.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return sale items?
You can return sale items, but only for store credit.
Can I exchange an item from the sale?
No, we don’t offer exchanges. If you return an item, you’ll receive a store credit at the sale price you paid.
Can I get a refund for my sale purchase?
No refunds will be provided for sale items, unless your item is deemed faulty.
What if my item arrives faulty?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us HERE with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order so our team can assist.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders outside of this will not be accepted.

What are the GWP offers during the sale?
We’re running several exciting GWP promotions throughout the week (Dates will be revealed closer to the GWP launch):

How do I qualify for a GWP?
Simply meet the minimum spend for the day’s promotion, the free item will be automatically added to your cart (while stocks last).
Will the GWP be visible in my cart?
Yes! You’ll see the item appear in your cart once you’ve reached the qualifying spend amount.
Are GWPs limited?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us HERE with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order so our team can assist.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel or change my order?
You’ll have 20 minutes to make changes to your order yourself after checking out. This can be done directly from the checkout page — super quick and easy!
If you miss that 20-minute window and your order has already moved into the shipping line, we won’t be able to make any changes. Our team starts packing right away to get your goodies to you as fast as possible.
My order confirmation hasn’t come through, what do I do?
Take your time and make sure you’re adding your correct email address. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, reach out to our team at [your email] and we’ll resend it.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all major payment methods including Afterpay, PayPal, Zippay and major credit cards.
Can I use Afterpay or Zippay during the sale?
Absolutely, all payment plans are available during the sale! There is a $50 minimum spend to use these services.
Sizing & Stock
Will items be restocked during the sale?
Most likely not. Once an item sells out, it’s gone for the sale period, especially our exclusive Black Friday launch styles.
Can you hold an item for me until I’m ready to checkout?
We wish we could, but due to high demand, items aren’t held in your cart until your checkout is complete.
How can I check my size?
Our size guide is available on every product page. You can also refer to customer reviews, Find my fit friend or ask in our community group for real-life fit feedback.
Will stock be clearly marked?
Yes, all items will be organised into collections based on the discount applied. The correct discount will automatically apply at checkout.
International Customers
Do international customers get the same discounts?
Yes! All sale discounts apply globally.
Will I need to pay customs, tarrifs or duties?
For our US customers, tariffs and duties are now charged at checkout for your convenience. Please avoid placing orders over $800 USD, as any amount above this threshold will incur additional tariffs that must be paid upon delivery.
For all other countries, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery. These are set by your local government and are not controlled by The Lullaby Club.
Can you mark my parcel as a gift to avoid duties?
Unfortunately, we can’t, all parcels must be declared accurately as per customs regulations.
Giveaways
How do I enter the $1000 TLC Voucher Giveaway?
Every order placed between 26th–29th November is automatically entered into the draw — no extra steps needed!
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced on our social media and contacted directly via email after the sale ends.
Can international customers enter?
Yes, the giveaway is open to customers worldwide!
Other Common Questions
Can I stack multiple orders to qualify for a GWP or giveaway?
Only single orders that meet the minimum spend at checkout will qualify. Multiple smaller orders can’t be combined.
What if my discount didn’t apply at checkout?
Make sure your order is placed during the correct sale window, once the sale time ends, discounts automatically revert. Unfortunately, we can’t manually apply discounts after checkout.
Are digital gift cards discounted during the sale?
No, gift cards are excluded from discounts.
