Please note that returns must be initiated by the original purchaser using the original email address used for the purchase. In the event that you are unable to locate your order number, kindly reach out to us at info@thelullabyclub.com.au, and our team will be glad to assist you.
Returns Policies
We want you to be happy with your Lullaby Club purchase. Please read more about how to submit a return.
This policy is for orders without discount codes, bundles, GWP or sale items. Here's what you need to know:
- Returns and Refunds: We offer refunds to your original payment method or store credit for all unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- Instant Exchanges (Australia Only): You can now select the items you wish to exchange upon return and have the new item sent out immediately. We hold a $1 fee, and if you don’t return the original item within the specified number of days, the full amount will be charged to your card. This service is available only for Australian residents.
- Store Credits: Credit notes have a 4-year expiry.
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return postage costs. Returns within Australia incur a $14.99 return charge. We do not offer return labels for international orders.
- Discount Codes: If you used a discount code, this policy does not apply to you. You will only be eligible for a store credit.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be turned into cash refunds.
Discounts include any codes entered at checkout, including welcome discounts, bundles, GWP's and sitewide sales.

- Returns: You can return your discounted or sale items within 30 days of your order dispatching from our warehouse. We'll give you an online gift voucher. Tags must be attached.

- Discount Codes: Discount codes don't have cash value. If you make a return, your online store credit will be the amount you paid at checkout minus the discount code value.
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs aren't refundable, and they're your responsibility.
- Return Timeframe: You must request a return and send the merchandise back to our warehouse within 30 days from the dispatch date.

At The Lullaby Club, we value transparency and want to clarify our policy regarding refunds on discounted orders. We don't offer refunds on discounted items due to the time-consuming and costly nature of processing returns. The associated expenses, including staff fees, repackaging fees, and returns platform fees, are not built into the product prices.
In our commitment to keeping our products affordable amid the rising cost of living, we strive to avoid unnecessary overheads. When you use a discount code, it affects the overall cost of the item, and we provide customers with the choice to apply these codes at their discretion. We want to emphasise that using discount codes is entirely optional, and if the possibility of a refund is crucial to you, you have the autonomy to forgo the discount.
Additionally, our return shipping fee is a fixed cost of $14.99, irrespective of the item's weight. Covering this cost would necessitate an increase in product prices, which contradicts our goal of maintaining affordability. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our business.
We’re excited to offer instant exchanges to our Australian customers! Here’s how it works:
Select Your Exchange Item: When you request a return, you can choose the item you’d like to exchange it for right away. This allows you to receive your new item quickly without waiting for your original item to be returned.
Immediate Shipment: Once you select your exchange, we’ll ship your new item immediately, so you can enjoy it as soon as possible.
$1 Hold Fee: We’ll place a $1 hold on your card as a security measure while you send back the original item.
Return the Original Item: You’ll need to return the original item within the specified timeframe. If we don’t receive it within this period, the full amount of the new item will be charged to your card.
Enjoy Your New Item: Once we receive the original item, the $1 hold will be released, and you can continue enjoying your new purchase without any additional charges.
Instant exchanges make it easier and faster to get the items you love, with the convenience of having your exchange shipped right away!
We aim to process all returns on the same day we receive them. However, if you've tracked your return and see that it has reached us, we kindly request you to give us 1-3 business days to complete the processing.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. When initiating your return, you can choose to have the shipping label cost deducted from your refund or store credit.
For returns within Australia, there is a flat rate of $14.99, charged by Australia Post.
Currently, we do not offer return labels for our international customers, but we're working on it.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable mail service when returning items. If we don't receive your returned items, we won't be able to process your return. Additionally, please remember to obtain proof of postage when you send your items back.

Some items cannot be returned. Here's what you need to know:
- Items marked as faulty and sold at a discounted price, including warehouse and sample sales, can't be returned.
- Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Warehouse Final Sale Policy: No Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credits
If an item is labeled as "warehouse final sale," it's not eligible for returns. This applies to all items discounted by 70% or more. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for these items.
It's important to know that these items might have small imperfections, like pre-production samples, ex-photoshoot stock, discontinued stock lines, minor stains, small stitching issues, inconsistent fits, or slight fabric quirks.
By buying these items, you're agreeing to our no-return policy.
