"Hi I’m Shay, from Honu Haven.
A few facts about me are!
~ I am a mother of 3 girls and the wife to my childhood sweet heart
~ I am a critical care veterinary medicine nurse. I’ve been healing animals now for over a decade.
~ I am a Virgo rising, Libra sun and Libra moon.
~ I seek the Forrest when I need grounding/relaxation and the beach when I want to recharge and feel alive.
~ Speaking of beach, I grew up on an island for many years of my childhood.
~ I have personally suffered with my own trauma.
~ I’m introverted, alone time is like medicine for my soul.
~ I am so intrigued by the human body, particularly the brain
~ My daily radio often involves neuroscience podcasts or conscious parenting podcasts.
~ I’m a huge herbal tea / essential oil lover
