  2. Waist: This is the narrowest part of the waist. Place the tape from side seam, around and back to the same side seam.
  3. Hips: Place the tape approximately 20cm below the natural waistline  at the hipline and measure from side seam, around and back to the same size seam.

This is such a beautiful unique jacket! I usually wear a 3XL posey pants and a L/XL Avalon smock and am quite tall. I ordered the 2XL jacket and like it for the arm length but could have definitely sized down as its very generous across the hips and chest. A wardrobe piece I know I'll have for decades!
